How Your Data Is Handled

We ask for exactly what's needed to verify a bill, and nothing more:

The contractor's bill (Excel or CSV)
Your attendance record for the same billing period
The billing period and contractor name

What we do not do:

We do not share your uploaded files or results with any other visitor to this page.
We do not request access to your HRMS, ERP, or payroll systems.
We do not claim SOC 2, ISO, or "bank-grade" security certifications we do not hold. This is an early pilot: files are used only to produce your result, and you can ask us to delete anything at any time.
